Horrible customer service From Behavior Technician Beverly over the phone. So rude! Told me to dial 211 for information when asking for referrals/ treatment options to other facilities! Do no send you loved ones here! I’m a mental health evaluator with years of experience in the inpatient psychiatric field. If anyone calls me I always provide at least 3 options for referrals if not I call them back with more information.
