Herbert showed great passion for his work and dedication to ensuring that my issue was resolved which was an awesome experience. My stars and my review is solely for Sam and his crew that handled repairs on my home after a year of sitting with poor communication and no progress. It's really sad my job was treated as though it were unimportant until Sam came on the scene. :( I'm not sure what the company was going through, but it showed in their work ethic. Having said that I am forever grateful for Sam who did an outstanding job finishing up my house In record time and worked with me every step of the way. He was absolutely amazing. Herb and Joseph took care of our water mess as promised. Quickly removing the wet carpet pad and setting up dehumidifiers and fans to remove any moisture left behind. Would highly recommend them to anyone in need.
