Arrived ahead of appointment-called first Replaced a cracked exterior hose bib and reconnected the pool filler. Plumber was very pleasant and efficient in getting the job done. I felt price was reasonable considering I know nothing about plumbing nor have the tools.

They had come to replace a broken faucet and brought a smaller one that did not look right or match. We stated to the plumer we would get a different one which would adjust the estimate. We called for them to install the duplicate. The woman who answered the phone wouldn't let me get a word in, saying, "I understand" when she actually doesn't and just kept talking over me then said that I was, "unprofessional" and not to call there again. No problem, because I wouldn't recommend ANYONE to call them again. However, Robert (the plumber) is very nice.

These guys did a wonderful and quick job. Their office was friendly and professional and they were able to get us scheduled within 2 days. We had the gas line that connected to our oven repaired and they had it completed in half an hour. I will definitely use them again if needed.

My parents(80+yrs old) used this company after their neighborhood switched to public sewer. They dug up their front yard without identifying any water lines etc. Ended up being over 300 dollars in sprinkler system repairs from their careless digging. No where in their contract, that my parents signed with this company, did it say that they couldn't be held liable if sprinkler systems were damaged. So, my Dad called them out on it and they were very rude to him bc it's been a week from when they did the sewer work. We've had nothing but rain so my Dad didn't have the sprinklers running until the other day and that's when he noticed that some weren't working where they had dug in the yard and he immediately reached out to the company.Take your money elsewhere! Poor customer service and I will gladly let others know NOT to use this company!

The owner came by the give an estimate/ work order to fix my broken sewage pipe. He did not follow up with me nor give instruction to the technicians that came out over 2 weeks later. I called certified plumbing everyday until they came out to try to get a technician to my house. The technicians arrived almost 2 week after the initial inspection and knew nothing of my pipe issues. I called the office to ask if the owner could speak to the technician and brief them on the current work order and his overall evaluation of the issue. The office receptionist was spoke over me, pulled the technicians off the job temporarily after i asked her not to do so, then hung up on me without ending the conversation or listening to my questions or request. I've been out of my house since Feb 23rd because my pipe is busted. I called them back and cancelled their service. I'm going with another plumbing company.
