I simply love this groomer! I get personalized service (she remembers me, my dog and my preferences for grooming), and she is so professional but down-to-earth friendly, too. My boy is always excited to be there (and he prances with joy afterwards!). I love seeing the FB picture posted after my baby has been groomed (a personal choice). I trust Ellen without reservation. I just can't imagine taking my dog elsewhere! I tried others before I found her, and she's now my "furever" groomer!
Contacted her about our brand new puppy Romeo. She worked with my schedule. Got right back to me each time. Was super sweet and made the experience flawless. I recommend her 11 out of 10. We will be going back next month.
Always a good experience and our Shih tzu has never looked better. This business is located on farm land so it's a beautiful drive both coming in and leaving. Best place we've dealt with here in the Pensacola area.
