I received an absolutely amazing experience and service. They took great care of my dog and fixed him up like he never had a problem to begin with. They addressed all of my concernes and questions with positive attitudes. The technicians and doctors were all very outgoing and positive, and took the time to explain things fully. Cherry was also very helpful and accomidating with scheduling the appointments and getting answers to questions and concerns I had. I am willing to drive nearly 3 hours just to go here because of how amazing everyone has been, and that my dogs surgery was successful and went well. I was referred to Dr Story. I had an absolutely fantastic experience when I brang my 15 month Rottweiler male in for his ofa eye certs. AJ took care of us and made sure that we were comfortable. He was super caring with my boy and very good.I was also surprised at how fast I was assisted when I walked in. Doctor Story was SUPER gentle with my boy and kept speaking to him softly and reassuring him all is OK. I was very happy and very impressed. I will definitely be back and refer others.
