I originally gave them 5 stars because I just recently became a customer and up until now I had great experiences dealing with them. I like to shop local and support local businesses. Now I change my review to one star. I ordered a part that I later discovered it was damaged. I returned it and that's when their true colors came out. They refused ti refund me for the damaged part. Then they refused to order the part I requested instead trying to tell me what part I needed. Samsung said the part I had was an exact fit but the guy at A1 sore it was the wrong part.

I called A1 on Monday 11/11. I asked if they had my part (ice maker water inlet valve) The person I talked to said I'm sure we've got it bring it in and we'll "match it up". When I arrived the man said hello. I told him I talked to him 2 days ago, he told me he didn't want to hear about two days ago he wanted to know what I wanted today. He said "what's the model number?" "I don't know" i said here's the part do you have one? while he was trying to find it on the computer I asked if they had a men's room. He told me "you're welcome to use one of my trees" and motioned towards the door. After I relieved myself in the woods, I went back in and he said he found it. He opened it up and it was a water inlet valve for a washing machine! He said that was the only water valve he had. A1 must mean they have 1 part and if it fits you're lucky. He was very belligerent, and muttered something under his breath as I was walking out the door. If you need a water inlet valve for a washing machine, he's got one. Anything else? Go to Marcone Appliance Parts on Pace Blvd.

Support the local part shops!!! Amazing customer service, knowledgeable and great prices! Even if they don't have the parts you need they will order them and call you back, quick turnaround! Fixed a broken dryer and dishwasher with the right parts, quick and easy!
