Work smarter not harder. I’ve been coming to We202 EMS training in Pembroke Pines for a little over 2 years now. This workout has helped me stay consistent with the gym b/c as a working mom, you burn more in less time, while building muscle. 3 in 1 workout. Now they recently got the first, one and only Space Shaper on the whole country. I’m in love with this thing!! This does it all and has the red light while you work out! It’s awesome. Pastora pushes you to do better and motivates you to give it your all. 100% recommend this place
My daughter Lynette and I enjoy coming to these short 20 minute workouts! DIMITRI and PASTORA are both so wonderful! They motivate us and make these classes so much fun! Definitely see results so absolutely worth taking a FREE class! Try EMS, it's addicting to know with 2 workouts a week, it's the same as going to the Gym 5 days! Janneli is the Best, Call her and book a trial class!
The workout I’ve been missing out my entire life! Love it, it’s strong and you see results fast. Also, I have some back and knee issues which hurt on other workouts/gyms, well with the EMS I don’t get those post workout pains.
