Today I got my haircut with Albert. All I can say is that he exceeded my expectations when it came to a great haircut. He listened, he was professional, he is extremely skillful. I showed him a picture of what I wanted, and he exceeded my expectations. He is very customer friendly easy to talk to.I can’t speak highly enough of Albert. The staff at the spot barbershop was friendly and very accommodating. I was offered some refreshments. The shop itself was very welcoming, clean and had a good vibe.
I was assisted by a very friendly barber named Lemay Cuesta, who surprised me by suggesting the ideal cut for me, since I was undecided. They cut my hair, trimmed my beard and eyebrows. The professionalism and excellence are evident. ?? 100% recommended.
My experience at this location (Pembroke gardens) was a 10/10. I got my haircut by Leon and the attention to detail and customer service by this individual was something I never experienced while getting a haircut. He is very polite and delivers quality cuts every time I choose to get my hair cut with him. Great job Leon!
