I'm so glad I got Martiele to do my closing. It was an out of state closing and the seller had a lot of issues with the closing docs. Martiele put a lot of
extra work into my closing over a few week period to work with the seller and get everything signed and sent back to title. While in town I needed a document notarized and sent out immediately. Every location in town was already closed. I found Martiele Swanko listed on Apple Map and went to the location listed. Maritiele services were exceptional. She was extremely professional and personable in her services. If I am ever in town and in need of notarizing a document I will contact Maritiele for notary services.

Martiele helped me with the VIN verification for my car registration in FL. She is very nice and efficient. The document from DMV is little confusing, but she called them and waited online for very long time to make sure the form is filled up right. She also followed up with me after I left and asked me to let her know if anything goes wrong. Everything turned out very well. I would go back again in the future. strongly recommend!
