Dr. Cutie is excellent. Dr. Cutie's staff is awful. His nurse is not the friendliest nor the brightness. Most of the staff is needs to learn bedside manners and ethics.

Office is continuly in a state of confusion, always can't find referrals, can rarely be reach by phone and don'tanswer messages left on machine ina timely manner, if ever.Doctors are good but can not respond to messages left with staff.

If I could give them no star I would. They don't answer the phone ever. After 3 minutes on hold it hangs up. Horrible customer service at the front desk, bad attitude. If you can pick another location do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I went to this office and was very disappointed in the way the manager treated her employees. I have been going there for a very long time. I have to say if it were not for my Dr. I would not go back. Management should treat their peers as equal. Defiantly will be reconsidering another center!

I’ve been a patient for over 20 years, ever since Dr. Cutler and Dr. Salzman left the service has gone downhill. They called me, and left a voice message in the last minute that they had to cancel my appointment. When I called to reschedule my appointment, the lady who answered put me on hold and never picked up. Attempted to call three times with the same results.

I was unable to find a neurologist in Palm Beach that deals with Myasenthia Gravis. I called Sunrise Medical and was told the Neurologist there is a specialist in the field. Found out that's not true afterwards . I got a referal from my dr to be tested for MG; I was tested for Carpal tunnel. The technician at the time was racist and claimed ppl from Haiti and the Caribbean are not able to be controlled and that Cubans want to take over Miami. He had an issue with my aunt's weight, wanted to know how it was possible for me to live in 6 bedrooms house in Wellington due to the fact that I was black and from an Island in the Caribbean I wrote to the Director in charge and also the Ethics department without success. If you are black stay away and if you have MG they are not able to treat you there. They will take your money and treat you for something else . The staff is very unprofessional, hung up their phones on you , dont return calls and you are unable to get any justice within that group.Horrible experience and no one within the Sunrise Medical Group will even respond to your issues even at the highest level.

This place used to be ok when Dr. Salzman was there, as he was super nice, but now he left and good luck seeing anyone else or getting prescriptions refilled. Also they charge you more for the copay if you have insurance than if you don’t have any insurance and just pay cash for visits. Every time I called them I was on hold for around 15 minutes and every time I needed a refill it was a pain. Forget this place.
