I absolutely love this place! I’ve been going for about two months now, and it has made such a positive difference in my anxiety levels. Rona is incredibly knowledgeable, and you can truly feel that she knows exactly what she’s doing.
Her voice alone brings a sense of calm and peace, which makes every session even more relaxing. The space is very comfortable and welcoming, and after each session I leave feeling so much better—both physically and mentally.
