WARNING TO ALL NATURALS! DO NOT go here for a silk press. They will destroy your hair. I have been natural my entire life getting my hair straightened since I was a kid then stopped straightening it while in college and would only straighten on occasion. I NEVER had damage like I did with this last time I went to this salon. I am super careful and selective with who touches my hair. I only trusted this salon because my sister, who is also natural, started coming here and her hair would always revert back to her beautiful curls. I started going and never had any issues. I moved out of South Florida and had not been to this salon in years but decided to go again when I was in SoFlo recently, after about 4 years. They still take walk-in’s so when I recognized the same stylists, I felt comfortable going here. THE BIGGEST MISTAKE! I have never experienced this level of damage in my life. I have no clue what they put in my hair but it is definitely some sort of chemical. The photo is how it looks all over my head. Had it been just the ends, I would be mad but at least I could salvage my hair by cutting the ends. But they severely damaged my roots. Save yourself the heartache and go somewhere else.

They are expensive and on the pricier end for me compared to being charged $25 less at other places. I believe I was charged more than the first visit as well for a basic blowout with no style. Not the usual going rate for me. Usually I’m charged $50 -$60 to get my natural hair styled at other places. I drove further out and got charged an exorbitant amount compared to the number of places I’ve been to closer to me. I’ll put them on the back burner as everyone else in the area is not charging me that rate or that is not the going rate for other local independent stylists in the nearby area.

I have been natural for about 3 years, and love me hair. I was referred to Johanna for my first Keratin. Johanna was professional, very knowledgeable, and friendly. My hair looked and felt amazing. I give this salon a 10+

I needed a last minute blowout and trim while visiting Florida, and a friend recommended Yohanie at Lilian Salon. I got there a few minutes after opening and there were about 5 clients ahead of me, but they moved quickly and thoughrouly. Yohanie was great about answering my questions, gave me hair care advice, and did a great job on my hair ! I will definitely visit again.

I had a very bad experience with this salon. I went 4 months ago for my birthday in December. The only thing I wanted was to cut the ends and use the blow-dryer and straightener. When it was my turn to wash my hair they put the shampoo on me and after the shampoo they asked me if I want conditioner, I said yes because I wash my head normally with conditioner. After my hair was dry it was very very straight, and my natural hair is curly. It lasted 2 or 3 weeks straight because I wanted to wet my hair to see if it would make me laugh again because it was so straight that I wondered what they put on it. And when I got my hair wet, they became very straight, as if they had applied keratin. In my second wash after that, they never laughed at me and they started to come out a lot, and my mom was scared because I had almost no hair, I was left practically hairless. Now my hair is almost the same and my mom had to cut almost all of my hair. In short, they destroyed my hair. If they ask you if you want “Conditioner” say no because that's what they put on me for 10-15 minutes under the dryer and it damaged my beautiful curls. I'm not saying it's a bad salon, but I recommend bringing your own products.
