The one at 8199 N University dr is horrible. Supposedly I had a virtual visit at noon. The sent a link and I waited 20mins. I called them back to make sure I was in the right place and the lady told me that he would call and there is no specific time when, then she hung up!!! Good bye CANO. I understand now why you're filing for bankruptcy.

I have been abused by doctor and front desk ladies. Dr Lidia Bello changed my meds doses gave me more prescriptions I started feeling bad. She refuses to do telehealth or talk to talk the phone. I came to a point that can't eat anymore or drink water. Why do I have to learn Spanish if I am in USA territory. I need a house visit because I am very tired and weak. This clinic are killing me. I tried other clinic of cano health and they refuse. I am not going back to this doctor or that clinic.

I am 68 years old and been a patient for over 10 years in the Pembroke Pines office. I just received a call to cancel an appointment for August 9th that was re-scheduled from June when they cancelled my appointment. They have now rescheduled me for sometime in October. Thank god I am not sick and this was to be a healthy appointment. This is totally unacceptable. I think its time for me to find a new doctor!
