Took a new, very young pet that was having issues from its previous owner. It was a very stressful and upsetting situation. When I got there as they opened, we were told it would take an hour at least due to the vet being in an accident. It was suggested I go to another facility due to my pet's condition. Realizing it was an hour and half drive alone to the next possible emergency vet, I took the gamble and stayed. Unexpectedly found out my regular vet no longer offered emergency services. Dr. Paul and all of the staff were amazing. It was holiday weekend and they were very busy along with a couple of obvious emergencies so things expectedly took longer. But they have snacks and drinks available and the staff did their best to keep everyone updated. They took amazing care of my pittie, Maddie, and time to show me all of her tests and results to answer any questions I had. They even went so far as to call me the next morning to make sure she was okay. Highly recommend!
