I been coming here before they build the building went it was just in the trailer in the front Very nice stuff and understanding not to say passionate about their work 💯.

Before my dog passed away I brought her to critter care for some incontinence issues, they prescribed her meds for a UTI along with arthritis medication and she immediately lost mobility in her back legs. I called and called, emailed and emailed. Was told “the doctor will call you back when they can” I was called once and missed the call. I called back immediately but was sent to voicemail. When I came in they suggested Dramamine which I didn’t understand since my dog physically couldn’t walk. I don’t come here anymore.
The actual lack of care that I personally experienced while taking my pet there along with horror stories I hear from other people. Save yourself the time,effort and energy of bringing your pet to a hospital that takes no pride in giving your pet the proper care it deserves.

We took our new puppy here after she wasn’t eating or drinking water. They were able to see her on an early Monday morning without an appointment. The staff was amazing treating her. They found she had a parasite and gave a regiment of medicine. Within one treatment of the medicine she was feeling much better. I can’t thank the staff enough for taking care of little Sonny!

Great vets and staff! They just did a very challenging surgery on a young kitten and he's recovering great!

They were nice enough, not warm and welcoming like my usual vet. Advertised one price on a flyer for a spay but we paid another the day of (hidden fees) . Had to ask them for my dogs kennel back and for the cone I was charged for. Could have offered better service I believe. They also did not once mention or offer any antibiotics or pain meds to my elderly dogs after spaying. Through years of rescue I have ALWAYS received a medicine pack with both of those in it for my pets recovery. So that was odd. And that's about it, I won't be back probably, unless I have to . But they aren't as bad as the critter care in Blountstown IMO

They killed my sweet bunny. They have never provided an answer of exactly what went wrong and why he didn’t come back. This was for a SIMPLE teeth cleaning as I was told. They then hit my husband with a bill and another for us to pay for him to be home. 6 weeks after waiting my husband contacted them and they said oh he’s in the back freezer. You never paid for him to be cremated. Handling the entire situation with absolute negligence. Hopefully they will soon provide better answers as to how and why.
If you have a beloved exotic animal. DO NOT BRING THEM HERE.
