Great quality service for my fur baby and excellent customer service.

I called for a last minute grooming for my doodle, called this morning, they worked me in quickly, and my baby boy was done in no time. Very appreciative of them in such sort notice. Wonderful job and he is happy and looks great. Thank you so much.

We had two dogs to be groomed and bathed which they fit in at the same time the next day. Experience felt very personalized with great results! Both dogs left looking beautiful and happy.

I'm not going to go back to this place. I've seen my dog display a range of emotions in our time together, and I've never seen her more afraid and ready to leave. She was literally shaking. I trust that, and above everything else I write here, that matters most to me.

Now, as for what I experienced:
- The boarding room looks terrifying, smells, and is very loud. I would never leave my dog there even for an hour. It gives shelter vibes and that would probably be traumatizing to my dog. The spaces are just too tight and I don't see how a dog could decompress there.

- After reading some of the other reviews, I'm concerned about her skin now, too. She was always fine with me brushing her but she is way more sensitive now and now I plan to check with my vet on this.

- They don't seem to answer the phone much. I always have to try a few times. Last time I called they put me on hold and then hung up after a few minutes. Call went to voicemail after that. No response to the message I left.

- I've also inquired about their services online and never got a response.

- Their customer service is lacking. I booked an appointment over a month ago and clearly stated all of the services I needed, and one of those was not provided at the visit. Details missed are one thing, but the vibe is honestly just off in there and it feels like they're just trying to rush me in and out. I get that they are busy but I just didn't feel totally respected.

- One last thought...look at the way they respond to negative reviews. Like the one where the dog got out... That was still their fault as the dog was in their care yet they spent so much time to write that out and blame the customer. Says a lot.

This is our first experience with daycare for our puppy Pepper. It has been wonderful! Pepper is always so excited to go. Tina and Vivian provide great service and care. It is obvious how much they care for her. They always make sure to keep us updated via text messages. Highly recommend!

My aussiedoodle looks so nice after his bath, nail trim, and grooming! I joined the monthly fur plan for the best deal and savings on the grooming service. Highly recommend!

Keiko is a 14 year old Morkie that we inherited when her elderly humans died. To say she was spoiled rotten is an understatement. When I pick her up from her grooming she is normally sleeping. She’s very comfortable there and she always smells better and looks great when I pick her up.
