My husband discovered Sharon on a You Tube video after a very disappointing tour of condos on a prior visit. We were impressed with Sharon’s knowledge of PCB and reached out to her to assist us with our condo search.
Sharon listened to our wants and needs and began sending listings within our parameters. We scheduled another trip from KY to meet Sharon and tour beach condos. After we returned home, we made our decision & Sharon negotiated the best deal! Next, Sharon connected us with the title company, inspectors, repair techs, a great property manager and the condo association. Sharon DeLaney provided excellent service as the realtor for the sale of my home in Panama City Beach in November 2024. This was a long distance transaction with both the sellers and buyers being out of state. We were constantly in communication by phone, email or text messages. Sharon provided first-rate advice and went above and beyond what her duties called for providing us with recommendations for workmen to complete several repairs, scheduling them to do the work and checking to see the repairs were done properly. Throughout our home-buying process, Sharon DeLaney was incredibly communicative. She responded to emails, calls and messages in a prompt manner. She gave solid advice to act on ancillary services for us was invaluable to ensure a smooth purchase. She was super professional, and efficient as a liaison with the title company and notary for closing contracts, and paperwork which led to a quick closing.
