Sharon is THE BEST!!! We learned about her from some friends and are so thankful we did. We purchased a condo from out of state. Wow…..we wish there were a larger number of stars we could give Sharon. She would deserve it for sure!!! We live in Ohio. We visited Panama City in 2021 and fell in love with it. We used to always go to Destin, but Panama City is a hour closer to us and it is just as beautiful! That led us to start talking about retirement, investments, vacations, and family enjoyment. We have 4 children and 8 grandchildren.When we started looking we just started putting in different information on what we were interested in and waited to see who would respond out of different Realtors that we sent information to. Sharon was the second Realtor that responded and the first reason we chose her was that she looked exactly at our wants and needs and not trying to sell us larger amounted Condos. She would check in with us regularly, answer any question, large, small, dumb, or not so dumb. We started our adventure with Sharon in June of 2022.We made our first trip to me her in January of 2023, and her assistant, (her side kick) Megan. We hit it right off. She had several listings for us to go through with the short time we had. We saw several we liked but nothing that really met everything we had in mind. So, our next meet would be in March, again a short time to look. We saw some more that we liked but, not enough room for all the family. It became a joke about putting beds everywhere even in walk-in closets. Lol. Sharon and Megan took us to lunch at a local restaurant and it was delicious. We talked some more at lunch. But it just didn’t feel good to just buy whatever. So, we went back home and Sharon continued to shop for us.Sharon went way beyond her realtor duties in our opinion. She would go to different condos and take videos and send to us and she would talk as she was videoing and telling us where we could add bunks, or Murphy beds, without putting anyone in a walk-in closet. In September, Sharon sent us a video of a 3 floor townhouse and we really liked it. We liked it enough to put in a bid at the asking price. It was accepted, but after the inspection we had to back out of the deal, because there were too many issues. So, Sharon sent us some more options. We drove down in October, and Sharon and Megan had 9 options for us. We went through about 5 and then we found the 1. We put in our offer. We were so excited and Sharon and Megan were so happy for us. We were celebrating our 30th anniversary 2 days later in Atlanta with our daughter and her family, and Sharon sent a text with a counter offer, my husband looked at me and said would you like to do the honors and hit SOLD. And then the rest is history. Sharon and Megan did our final walk through by videoing it and having their wonderful sense of humor that those two give you each time they’re together. I guess in a way, we are now friends. We cant wait to be able to meet up with them with hugs and love for what they did for us. We are headed there the day after Christmas and we can’t wait. It is getting colder here in Ohio so it will be nice to be a little warmer.Sharon sent us a message the other day, to ask if she needed to do anything for us until we get there. She is always willing to go that extra mile to do anything for her clients. If you have ever heard the phrase, “ If you love the job you do you will never work a day in your life”!
