Thank you for making the process of picking out new shower tile so much easier! It was overwhelming with all the options for tile, grout, etc. but this store made the process so much less stressful. I didn’t even realize bullhorn tile was a thing until I came to Kilgores (I was honestly completely clueless about all of it). Brenda was so helpful along the way; she would let me take samples home and helped to figure out how much tile I needed to order, and gave recommendations on color matching etc. Definitely recommend checking them out!

Kilgore’s recently did flooring for our home and it was amazing. The installers were conscientious and spent time cleaning up. The install went very fast. This was our 2nd project with them and I would highly recommend them for work in your home!!

Did everything I could to get a quote. Even stayed at home all day one day. Bent over backwards to accommodate them. After multiple tries with no call backs from Jessica, she could not seem to fit me into their schedule. If you can not get any customer service prior to the job, you will get NO customer service after the job (repairs).

Recently had a new backsplash and LVP installed in my kitchen. Jessica was very informative and helpful, job went smoothly and looks great. Highly recommend for anyone needing flooring or tile work done!

I found a tile that I liked for a kitchen backsplash here. Asked to get a price for it installed. After a lengthy delay in response for payment I decided to do it myself and asked for a price for that. When I came to pay, the price wasn't the same as they said. It arrived packaged well but when I opened it, several of the tiles were broken. I later consulted them about it and they were not willing to help. I came to find out from the manufacturer that they can sometimes break when shipped UPS. I paid a hefty shipping price but didn't get the shipping service I paid for. Another retailer I contacted had the same shipping price but assured me that it was arriving on a pallet and would not be broken and that they can arrive broken often from UPS. Essentially I paid for shipping on a pallet from Kilgore's but they still had it shipped UPS. The other company was very helpful and the tiles from them arrived unbroken.

Matt Murray did an excellent job on my back splash. He was on time, professional, and has an exceptional attention to detail. I would highly recommend him. The staff at Kilgore's are true professionals.

Working with Brenda, has been a pleasure! our hard wood floors are absolutely gorgeous! and we love the carpet she suggest for us. Not only did they put carpet in our home, three years later, they also put it in our 50ft. boat. And we couldn't ask for anyone better. Thanks again! L.Roberson
