I highly recommend Beth Christie to be your realtor. I finally found the home of my dreams in a 55 and up retirement community because of Beth's due diligence. She was patient and very kind to me whenever I had a question or wanted her to take me to see a house whenever I was visiting Florida.
Beth did a phenomenal job at finding the perfect home for us. We were moving from Illinois to Florida and the thought of finding a home and everything working out smoothly was daunting to us. We gave Beth detailed criteria of 'must haves' which greatly narrowed our choices in the market. She didn't blink an eye and gave us all of the confidence in the world that she would find the specific home we were looking for. She kept her promise and found a home for us in the one week window we had to shop for homes in Florida while visiting. Here’s what I can tell you about Beth: She sold us our condo three years ago and we wouldn’t have thought of calling anyone else when we decided to sell it. We entered listing agreement on June 20. We went under contract on July 16. We closed without incident on August 11. She sold our 5th floor unit with original (1970’s) bathrooms for 2% more than one fully re-done penthouse unit that closed the week before, and was within 2% of another suuuper nice penthouse unit that sold the month before. No nonsense. No drama. No renters were inconvenienced during high season sale. Just yes success! And everybody’s happy. Thanks again Beth!! ?
