Fantastic customer service!! Speedy response time with sending someone over! Also Melissa, the office manager, walked me through the inspection and helped me understand what areas need to be done. She saved me over a thousand dollars just by taking the time to explain what the problem is and how to fix it. I'm incredibly grateful for Melissa and her team!! 10/10 recommend Imperial Pest Prevention!

I had three different companies before I found imperial. The attention to detail and knowledge Jonathan, Matt and Dmitriy is far superior then most in the field. The products imperial uses works great and is not harmful to pets or the environment. For the last 6 years imperial spraying my house and haven’t seen a live bug in my house since I hired them.
