Saw Dr. Kocan for a last minute extraction, he was so kind and patient. I wish I remembered the dental techs name because she was also incredible. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating.

Their website says "we strive to provide our patients with quality care, comfort and convenience." Unfortunately those words ring hollow. Terrible customer service at reception both times I have been. Recently, I was five minutes late to an appt (which they had already rescheduled once before) and the receptionist cancelled appointment and forced me to reschedule. The excuse was that they only have one hygienist. "Dental Associate" is apparently a more appropriate name. The teeth cleaning I had there, wasn't that good. I did not get that usual smooth clean feeling.

Dr Ryan Smith and Michelle are wonderful. They do a great job making sure you are comfortable and know what’s going to happen before they do anything. The front desk staff is always friendly and very helpful.
