I came to the facility barely ambulatory with a severly arthritic knee. Six weeks later, with the patient, gentle and extremely proficient guidance of both Steven Gregory and Daniel (sorry but I don't know your surname) I am walking out with barely a hitch in my giddy-up. I did not expect such a turn around and would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of help.
I fell and broke my knee cap three months ago. My physical therapy has been amazing! The staff was knowledgeable and friendly!! I would definitely recommend using AdventHealth Sports Med & Rehab at 120 Cypress Edge Drive, Palm Coast!! Thanks guys!!!!
Our twins have been getting PT since they were 3 months old with Mrs. Kim! They are 10 months now and every visit has been a great experience. The staff makes us feel like family. Everyone is so gracious and knowledgeable. 10 out of 10 would recommend! We love Mrs. Kim!!!! Thank you all for everything.
