We purchased our home in Windstone last year. The home is 20 years old. The shower drain was very slow in draining.Call Du-all 2nd time. 1st time we had them clean out the septic after moving in. Stephen Anderson, senior service tech came out on 6/25/22 , analyzed and diagnosed the problem and resolved it by installed a new septic sub pump grinder motor and corrected the electrical wiring problem. Stephen was very detailed and explained all what he was doing and how the pump works with the septic system. Stephen did a super clean replacement job on the pump installation . . 7/29/2022Just want to compliment Du-All Plumbing for hiring David Diaz.David when over and above to work on our septic tank and replaced and installed a new pump. It was a difficult job and David was very professional, never complained and was very nice and he did an outstanding job.thanks David for all your help.
