Dr. Tom Rofrano is changing lives! Not through medications but through explicit and systematic dietary changes! Knowing what various foods do to your body is key in determining what works specifically and uniquely for you! By following Dr. Rofrano’s Phase One Diet as outlined in his book, I have increased my energy, focused on healthy choices, and enjoyed what I was eating. I also lost 12 pounds! I highly recommend his book and making an appointment to explore what your body needs to thrive not just survive!
This all started when my Godson had developed Crones at 7 years old. His parents searched high and low for a solution. Dr Rofrano was that solution. The 7 yr old had such great success (Crones: defeated!) that his entire family decided to work with Dr Rofrano and their team. Now watching my best friends entire family change the course of their health was all I needed.
