    I use Martin as my massage therapist each time I go to Massage Luxe. He knows my exercise routines and always asks about any concerns I have. Martin is great about taking care of the knots that I know I have, and finds potential knots and issues. When I leave, my muscles feel much better.

    Really frustrating experience. I bought vouchers for two massages and even called ahead multiple times just to make sure everything was good to go. Every time, I was told they were linked to my account and I could just show up.

    Then I get there and the front desk tells me—pretty rudely—that the vouchers actually needed to be registered with corporate first. That was never mentioned once. No apology, no effort to make it right, just a very dismissive attitude.

    I ended up standing there while they tried to track down managers, wasting a big chunk of my appointment time over something that was clearly their mistake.

    What should’ve been a relaxing visit turned into a stressful, annoying situation before it even started. Definitely wouldn’t go back.

    I have a membership at Massage Lux since they first opened in Alton plaza and it is one of the best things I have done for myself. My massage therapist of choice is Claudia and she is excellent, kind, friendly, very knowledgeable about her profession and I leave feeling like a new person!

    I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at MassageLuXe in Palm Beach Gardens.

    I booked back-to-back 60-minute facial and massage services using my monthly membership credits. The facial itself was actually very good—but because the appointment started late, everything that followed was rushed and mishandled. They made me wait about 10 minutes to start, then the facial ran over, and my massage did not begin until about 15 minutes past the scheduled hour. Despite starting late, the massage still ended roughly 25 minutes early. By the time everything was over, the entire appointment ended well before the full time I paid for.

    I went here despite it being a chain because they have an excellent esthetician with real medical experience from her home country, which is rare—but the poor ambiance, lack of professionalism, and overall service completely overshadow that.

    The most frustrating part: I only had a limited one-hour window to get my massage, and not a single person respected my time. I waited for the first service, which pushed everything behind, and despite the business running about 30 minutes late, no one made any effort to adjust or accommodate me. Instead, I was rushed through the massage, which ended around 3:50—meaning I paid for a full service and did not receive it.

    Communication was also a major issue. There was no proper consultation before the massage, and the staff did not speak enough English to understand simple, important instructions like “please don’t touch my head” or explaining I had an injury. I even repeated this in Spanish, and it was still ignored. My boundaries were not respected, which made the experience extremely uncomfortable.

    The facility itself felt unclean and poorly maintained, and the overall environment did not feel hygienic or appropriate for a business providing these types of personal services.

    The manager’s response was beyond unacceptable—it was dismissive, unprofessional, and frankly shocking. When I raised concerns, she flatly said, “I don’t know what you want me to do… she must have had another appointment. I wasn’t there.” When I asked if I should contact the franchise owner, she actually laughed and told me he wouldn’t care. She then told me, “don’t worry, we’ll comp your service, you can leave now”—as if dismissing me out the door was an appropriate solution. Offering to “comp” a service using the same credit I had already used is not a resolution—it’s an insult.

    The staff overall appeared disengaged and unprofessional, which only added to the discomfort of the situation.

    Until they learn to manage time, maintain basic cleanliness, implement proper oversight, and hire management that can communicate and handle customer concerns appropriately, I strongly recommend avoiding this location.

    This is not the standard you expect from businesses in this area, and the way customers are treated when they raise concerns is completely unacceptable.

    Existing customer... previous services were fine. Refused to accept a prepaid Groupon - purchased the day before. First, they said they don't accept Groupon. When presented the email proving the purchase, they stated they don't have the machines to perform the procedures... and haven't for months. Didn't give any options or offers for the inconvenience. Will look for a more customer oriented vendor. Indifferent about resolving the problem with Groupon.

    I had an incredible 90 minute Swedish massage with Claudia and I feel wonderful. I came in with a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck and she did an amazing job! Thank you, Claudia! I also signed up for their membership thanks to the friendly receptionist at the front desk!
