Horrible experience. I would not give this place any stars. I dropped off a dress for alterations and was told it would be done by Friday. I expressed I absolutely needed it by that day. We spoke about pricing and I was never told it would be delayed. I showed up to pick my dress up on Friday to be told it was not there. No one called to say it would be delayed. I expressed I needed it by 9 the next morning. I called and it wasn’t there. They called at 1 saying they had it. I had already left for my trip by then. I have called three times asking for a manager because they did not honor their word and I had to buy a new dress for my event. I was told a manager would call me back. I have not received a phone call at all. I called again and was treated so poorly. She told me a huge story about why the dress was late. I explained if someone had told me they could not meet the deadline I would have taken the dress back. She then told me she had another customer while she had me on hold and I listened to her talk to her colleague about me saying I have to pay because it is a service. I am completely fine paying, but think a discount is appropriate in this situation. Or, at least an apology. Terrible customer service.

Dropped off a fashion jacket, they attempted to remove a food mark and literally ruined the jacket. Now they want me to pay for it and told me they accept no responsibility for the damage. In fact only did a spot clean and left a big circle where they attempted to remove the chemical they used. I was told boss would reach out to me regarding whether I would pay. Called by “boss” 3 days later and told come right now or they would send my jacket to the Goodwill. I went and was met with such disrespect and anger. Eventually gave me back my jacket. So sad that these people have no respect or care for their customers. You are foolish to use this company!
