I had a blast! So let me first thank the two amazing employees working today…..Mackenzie and Jesse. I have never been to Buff City Soap before but I’m coming back for sure! They were so kind and let me smell everything. They answered every single question I had and they were so patient. To top it off, they both have a great sense of humor! It really was so much fun and I hope they are both working next time I come in. I cannot rave about them enough! And everything I bought smells simply amazing. I’m probably going to be in the tub for the next 5 hours and I plan on washing my jeans 20 times in Good Morning Sunshine. ?????Thanks for a great day guys! ❤️
I was fortunate to have had the pleasure of smelling every scent in Buff City the first time I walked in the door but have now become highly addicted to All Hail The Queen after my friend bought me the soap minis to try. I knew I would be back, but I’ve been back to this location 5 times since December, each time Madison (and the other Buff City soap experts) are amazingly patient taking the time to help the customers that have never been to Buff City, ensuring their experience each time is spot on perfect, making them repeat customers, like me. Ps…I have graduated through the levels of this scent to the laundry soap. Just need the candle in this scent! Thanks to... read full review
