The veterinarian understood my urgency, listened to my concerns, and though she was booked and going into a surgery, she took the time to treat my dog. She called me personally with her findings and treatment plan.

We moved to the area not so long ago and we needed a vet for our cat RagDoll urgently. He was suffering from a severe case of flea allergy, something not familiar to us from the north. He kept biting his hair off and we tried everything over the counter. We looked at reviews for local vets in Palatka and narrowed down to River City. For us, the fact they do 3 services, Vet, Grooming, and Boarding is pretty convenient. We didn’t know what to expect, however just calling in to make an appointment the front desk (Carolyn) was absolutely professional, caring, understood what was necessary, and compassionate towards our feline. Very nice place all my dogs going to be going there and it's few of we got we starting a sanctuary for dogs two of them been here so far good place love them and thank you for seening them
