On Friday my wife and I had to make the hardest decision we ever had to make. Our 19 year old baby was our entire world and we had to let her go. She was tired and her body was failing her but not once did I feel forced or made to feel like we had to do it that day. Stacy was so kind in her words and her compassion was unbelievable. She helped me find peace in knowing we were doing what was best for our dog Dr. Crooke was kind and really took her time explaining what she was doing and took her time with Princess so her final moments were peaceful and not chaotic. I would like to give a big thank you to North West Florida Animal Clinic for their professionalism, kindness, understanding, and just for being the best vet I have ever had an experience with....We had to make the hardest decision we ever had to make and couldn't find anyone willing to come to Molino to do it but this vet was willing to come out to our home and do it here and we made an appointment to have it done on Tuesday....unfortunately Princess was only getting worse and we didn't want her to suffer or her pain get any worse and they were even willing come to our house yesterday but we decided on Friday we would just go ahead and take her in and see how she acted...she...read full review

Dr. Thompson and staff members were absolutely amazing. From my first call to the very end. I wish I knew the ladies name I spoke with because she was amazing. She calmed me down and got me in right away with no hesitation. Unfortunately, the outcome for my horse was not what we expected but Dr. Thompson was honest and professional the entire time. Her love and knowledge for horses showed instantly. I would recommend Dr. Thompson and her staff to anyone.
