Bug out family is a wonderful company. They managed my 5 bedroom 5000 square foot house on 4 acres like it was their own. Very great with communication and responsiveness and integrity. You should use no ther company than this one!!

After a nasty encounter (9 stings) from yellow jackets, I abandoned my lawnmower and contacted Bug Out. I couldn't get near the mower or the nest without them swarming. Justin came out and took care of the problem and also retrieved my mower to save me from having any further issues. The service was very professional, he communicated well and followed up, and from my experience it was a great value to have someone else deal with it. I would highly recommend Bug Out for issues with yellow jackets or wasps.Service: Hornet & wasp extermination

My husband and I just bought a house and contacted Bug Out to do our pest control before we moved in. Our technician, Justin, was able to work us into his schedule and was able to do a thorough job on our new home. It even started to rain so he had to come back the next day to finish up the outside and it was no problem. He explained things to us thoroughly so that we could understand and he was knowledgeable about his job. The rates are competitive with other companies as well. I feel like we get great quality service for the price that we pay. Definitely recommend Bug Out for all your extermination needs!Services: Hornet & wasp extermination
