I've practiced different forms of Martial Arts most of my life (I'm 56).This school is unlike any other experience I've had.I broke my back, spent 10 years in pain, I was scared to move fast, or twist too much. There was a lot of fear in my body and mind. I also knew that I was growing fat, moving less, and my future was going down hill. I have been training in the school of Oom Yung Doe for over twenty years. When I started in college I was shocked by how quickly and profoundly it helped me to improve mentally and physically. As the years have gone by, I have continued my training and experienced these benefits even more deeply, along with a growing sense of peace in my daily life. To this day, I challenge myself with this training because I continue to find it to be the most powerful self development method I have ever experienced.

Traditional Asian martial arts well taught by excellent instructors. Age is no barrier as I began my training at the age of 78 in summer of 2011, and improved my health and actually gained strength and agility. Enough to earn a black belt rating and this year earned a Bronze award at the regional tournament.
