I got tired of getting the runaround with Truegreen and Massey so I decided to give this family owned business a chance and they have exceeded all of my expectations and then some. Very happy to be able to believe in small businesses again.
Nate provides exceptional service as we use Gato Lawn & Pest Control as a preferred vendor in the Golden Oak Community. His knowledge of the services provided by Gato and experience within the field makes him a great partner to TotalCare. His patience and work ethic is invaluable, Nate will take the time to communicate what is needed and always goes the extra mile. Always operating with honesty and integrity, I trust Nate to be able to provide the services needed and maintain a good bill of health of the homes that we manage. A visit from Nate a day keeps the insects and rodents away, and we are truly grateful for his assistance and support in the field.

Alina, who answered my initial call was pleasant and helpful. Miguel, our lawn treatment provider was efficient and kind. Charles, who did pest control for both inside and out was pure joy to work with. He was knowledgeable with just the right amount of both professionalism and kindness. He was great to chat with as he did his thing.
