We had family coming down for a week stay. When they arrived our air conditioning was out.We made a call to Grand Aire and they had it up and running within an hour. They always come through for us.

Nick came out to do a sewage camera inspection because we have had clogged toilets and water coming out of our showers, he explained everything very well, Had a lot of patience And give me multiple options of what I could do, And And called multiple people to try and make sure that we can get the job finished on the same day. Will be getting my house jetted later today and I will be recommending the Company to other people that need plumbing services

Stone was great. We met on a Friday & he was able to provide clear options. Unfortunately, the option I chose had to wait until Monday for the parts...but I asked Stone; if at all possible, to be the one who came back out to do the work...he did & was 10 minutes early & got the work done quickly and efficiently....even educated me a little bit on my situation. Customer service.....was ON IT! I was truly impressed with that. Call or text + follow-ups, the reps at the office were playing A-ball. It's not our first time using Bullseye...and likely won't be our last.
Update May 2026: Customer service, fair prices & having the same tech (Stone) ...has kept me calling them first for any plumbing issues. I'm always being educated on specials that Bullseye has & different options they offer to homeowners.

This is the premier plumbing company in this area. Stone has assisted us twice now with different repairs and has been outstanding. Polite, well spoken, and knowledgeable. We have a contract with Bullseye Home Services because we trust them and the work is perfect. Both plumbers who came, first Mike to install a water heater and then today Josh, who expertly replaced valves that were leaking and dated ,were professional and knowledgeable. It is not an inexpensive endeavor but quality is always worth its weight in gold or copper in this instance. The work is always guaranteed. The office staff is very helpful and cordial. We are grateful to Bullseye for being a reputable plumbing company.
