I have used Rick's to fix my dishwasher and again for my refrid. They were always polite and on time. They also did me a favor of not charging me for an additional service call after 6 months past between the estimate. They will always be "MY APPLIANCE REPAIR COMPANY !" and I highly recommend them. The receptionist who answered the phone today was the most helpful, sweetest lady! Thank you for employing such an awesome soul! Though you didn’t have the part I needed, she gave me the part number to find it elsewhere, if possible.
We called Rick's Appliance for repair on two items. They were friendly on the phone and got someone out the next morning. Jamil was so nice and professional. Gave his professional recommendation on both appliances and estimates. We decided to replace one and repair second. They called within two days with parts in and came right back out to repair. Fast and efficient. We would absolutely recommend Rick's Appliance. Even felt like the costs were fair.
