We have used Rick's Appliance Service several times and have always been pleased with their work. Recently our dishwasher died again and the technician diagnosed the problem as a defective circuit board and ordered one. When he returned, he was able to update the firmware and not use the new board (saving us over $200). He could have easily replaced it and we would have never been the wiser. Prompt, courteous, professional, and fair!! Highly recommend!! ?
I was having trouble with my Samsung refrigerator, so I called and talked to Holly. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She was able to schedule James to come out on the day that I wanted.
James came out on time and quickly resolved my problem. The cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend Rick’s Appliance Service and plan to use them for my future needs.
I called them out to help with an issue I was having with my microwave. The Tech was very knowledgeable and very honest. He told me I would be better off replacing it, because of the issue I was having. He could have told me some BS and charged me whatever, but HE DID NOT DO THAT! And since it was the 2nd visit to me and the problem was not resolved they are giving me back my service call fee I paid already. With all that said, I highly recommend using this company! Very rare these days where people DO NOT try to rip you off!
