I’ve gone to different therapy clinics and this is by far the cleanest and most professional. Mesha is amazing! My child looks forward to therapy every week and has shown a lot of improvement. Front desk is always polite and friendly and the office itself is very nice. iPads, music and multiple TVs available while you’re waiting. Cannot say enough great things.
Update: I originally gave 1 star. I changed my rating to 5 because I not only received a prompt response correcting an honest mistake, but also a phone call from the Medical Director. He was very kind and took his time explaining exactly what I need to do, to get care for my son. Thank you TLC staff for ensuring this family does not fall through the cracks. I look forward our future correspondence. ?Do not waste your time if you have Medicaid Sunshine. I went to their website, which clearly states they accept Sunshine Health Insurance and Aetna. Douglas the Manger was able to resolve any issues I had in a timely manner, the Occupational Therapist is great and my 1 year old responds well to her, thank you for helping my family out when we needed you most
