I've been here three times and the staff is nice The provider is kind I don't feel ridiculedI did have a weird interaction with the receptionist, They were nice I have nothing against them they did their job fine. But they brought up religion unpromptedly and not everyone's a Christian nothing against Christians but I don't really feel like being trapped in a conversation about things traumatic to me. And I could have easily said hey I don't really want to talk about religion but I don't think I should have to do that? I know Advent health is Christian based but as far as I was aware sanita's isn't. So personally for me that was a little bit uncomfortable

The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Extremely satisfied with the service and care. Ms. Pedroso listened to all my concerns and addressed them each. I didn’t feel rushed or like I was bothering them. Thank you.

Sanitas Medical Center is my primary care provider now. The staff is very nice, knowledgeable and professional. My doctor is Carmen Allende and she is awesome. My physical exam was in January and Dr Allende has quickly followed up with any MRIs, ultrasound and whatever is needed to complete the process. She does not wait for bad things to happen, She is VERY proactive about getting things done. She takes the time to explain everything, and she does not rush you out of the office. She is also very friendly and so is Mariana. I appreciate my Sanitas team very much.
