I had a flooded bathroom and reached out to Phil. Phil was there with his team in record time. He took time to explain everything and was extremely knowledgeable in regard to water mitigation. His team was professional and ensured I was satisfied with his service. There were no hidden secrets. He shared the moisture reading and camera with me as he scanned each area for moisture. I would definitely recommend Phil and will be using him again in the future should the need arise.
We noticed a large water leak and couldn’t determine the source. I found several different water remediation companies online but Phil stood out to me. Phil and his wife came out immediately and found the source of the leak, the extent of the damage, and advised my family of what needed to be done. They had their excellent AC contact come out to fix the source of the leak, and then they set up equipment to dry out the damaged areas and told us what to expect. They guided us through the insurance process and connected us with their construction contact who also came out quickly.
