I have the had the pleasure of using Our place Ait for monthly maintenance, new installation of drain line and a new unit over the last many years and am impressed with their customer focus. They are very quick to respond, schedule work promptly have very skilled people and the quality of their work is also excellent. I highly recommend them based on my interactions. Above all they are acclmodative and add a human touch.

Update: Today, I had my first service from Daniel and Nate at Our Place. Like their co-workers, they were pleasant and respectful of my home. It's always a delight to deal with these guys and the office staff too.
My new HVAC system and all new ductwork was installed the day after my first service call. Jose, Luis, Kevin, and Yashua were experts with the installation and performed their tasks with little intrusion. Mohammed Leka was really awesome helping me with my air conditioning today. He ordered a new unit and brought me a portable air conditioner in the meantime.

I want to give a huge thank you to Steven and JD for the outstanding work they did in my home. They completed a full air duct cleaning and installed a UV light and a REME-HALO, and the difference was noticeable right away.
They were punctual, professional, and very detail-oriented. They explained the entire process, worked carefully, and left everything clean, exactly how it should be. You can tell when someone truly knows their craft, and these two guys clearly do.
If you need high-quality, reliable service done the right way, don’t hesitate to ask for Steven and JD.
