Holy moly what a workout. The pace was great, the music was amazing, I was sweating my butt off the entire time. Would definitely come back!!! The instructor was amazing. They’re doing bring your mom free for all the month of May!!!!
I am visiting from OOT. I did the 60 min hot Bikram. The studio was clean and perfect hot and humidity. The instructors tone and pace was ideal. It was nice they included a mat and towel for visitors. I look forward to returning next time.
The studio is clean and they facilities maintained. The room is large with plenty of room to spread out but that also gives them a challenge at keeping the room hot hot which is great if you don't want that hot hot 26/2 experience. The room is still plenty for a good hot yoga experience.
