Hi Keith,I wanted to write and express my gratitude. You and your staff were accommodating, courteous and respectful toward my family and me. My father and I really appreciated the extraordinary job you did with the presentation of his wife (our mother). She looked at peace.Pastor Laboy was an excellent choice, and he did an outstanding with the ceremony service. He was very respectful and some of his words resonated among my family. Not surprisingly, I received compliments on the service.

We had a wonderful experience with Newcomer (Goldenrod Road). Their prices were reasonable and with no high-pressure sales tactics, only helpful guidance. Keith was always quick to respond to my questions. Thanks so much for helping us through a difficult time!

Finalizing the passing of a loved one is an already difficult task. The whole shopping through locations and prices is an absolute smack in the face.Here at newcomer. I didn't feel like I was shopping prices, I didn't feel like we were being SOLD something. Keith had an already affordable plan laid out, was patient, understanding and absolutely passionate in making sure we were satisfied with the plans for laying our loved one to rest.They didn't have any ridiculous fees, or ridiculous up charges, like some other places we visited.
