Amazing experience! I have struggled with finding the right massage therapist who can really work through the tension in my neck and back. With herniated discs, I deal with a lot of pain on a consistent basis. Lauren is thorough, communicative, and intentional. Highly recommend her!

Lauren has amazing hands!! I felt so much better immediately after my massage. She was so accommodating and took me in last minute towards the end of her long day which was so sweet of her. Thank you Lauren and I will definitely be back :)

I just completed my first hot stone massage with Lauren and it was amazing! I had a bad experience at a fancy spa at a hotel in Orlando last year and was so thankful to finally find a talented masseuse that knows how to do this type of massage, uses a perfect pressure and creates a relaxing environment. I’ll be coming back soon!
