I couldn’t recommend Caro more highly. She is very thorough and most importantly very trust worthy. I’ve recommended her to friends and family on multiple occasions. My home is in safe hands with her and her team and I come home and it feels so deeply clean. If a time comes when she’s unavailable, she goes above and beyond to ensure her clients are in great hands, even if on the other side of the world she’s still messaging away to ensure all parties are aligned and happy. She doesn’t leave you in the lurch which is really appreciated. I’ve had support from others in the past and Caro truly sets the bar high on all fronts.

We used Carro from My Cleaning Genie right up until we left WA.. I would highly recommend her for her great house cleaning, honesty, reliability and just being a beautiful personal. 5 stars from us. Wish we could have brought her with us! ?
