If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Jay Rooth helped me through one of the most stressful and terrifying times of my life. I was very young and made some mistakes, I was dealing with a serious case, and he constantly reassured me, explained everything thoroughly, and never made me feel dumb for asking a million questions. He truly fought for me and helped change the direction of my life. And Jemima deserves recognition as well, she is one of the sweetest and most understanding people I’ve dealt with. She never makes me feel pressured or judged regarding payments and always treats me with kindness and patience. That kind of professionalism and compassion is rare nowadays. EASILY the worst experience i’ve ever had working with a law firm…
the receptionists are aloof, rude & not helpful.
even hung up me & sounded annoyed by my questions.
i was assigned Paul Gazzi, to help with my legal counsel.
i had $1000 of traffic citations, in which they filed 2 notions to clear.
Gazzi was fired & then i was assigned a new attorney, after months of delay & no communication.
they represented me in court & told me i was cleared. everything was paid off & i was good to go.
fast forward a few months, i still owe $900+…
and i just found out my license is suspended.
an absolute waste of my time & money.
ignore the google ratings, this was a legal nightmare for me.
