Landscaper was rude and in such a hurry he's running the mower as if it's a race in yard work. He zooms around the yard not even considering the people and animals on or down low. The guard is tied up on his mower so rocks and debris come flying like shrapnel from his mower. When tried to show he acts deaf and zooms away.Very interesting to say the least when it comes to safety.
