Loch Haven has always done a wonderful job caring for our two cats. Sadly, one of our senior cats has come to the end of the road, but Dr. Martin and Ally helped him cross the rainbow bridge with respect and dignity. They let us know what to expect before hand and they were both very kind. I can't express my gratitude to Loch Haven enough.

This vet hospital is by far the best I’ve been to. I was warmly welcomed, provided an explanation of services available at the clinic upon arrival. Dr. St. Pierre was so kind and attentive to my dogs issues and provided explanation and solutions. Krystal the vet tech was also service focused and attentive. Glad i found a vet hospital that cares and doesn’t focus in upselling.

I cannot put into words how grateful I am to have found this veterinary practice. From Danielle, who is so helpful and has the calmest voice I have ever heard over the phone, to Dr. Beckworth and all support staff’s patience and understanding…I had an unfortunate incident happen recently with my dog and they were so kind and nonjudgmental when I felt helpless and embarrassed. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
