Been going here for years. It can get pretty busy, but the people I know, I love. Hercules works there and is so nice and kept me motivated during my workout the other day. Just like any gym there are ups and downs. Just got to look past some things and go in and get the job done.

Hercules, although newer to waterford lakes, is one of the few outstanding employees who takes the time out of his day to stop, talk, and make connections with people, including our kids to talk about some football. LA Fitness is your typical commercial gym but this one specifically at Waterford Lakes is phenomenal! Its not the equipment or layout that does it, that is pretty standard across their franchise.... For me it's the amazing staff and trainers building rapport making me feel like I'm at my 2nd Home. Since leaving the Military and relocating to set my roots down with my wife, LA Fitness at Waterford Lakes gave me a place where I can tune out and feel great. I appreciate Adam, Hercules & Kai the professional trainer for their dedication and hard work. Talk to them and you will not be disappointed by your time here.
