Lisa was very kind and personable, listened to what I wanted done, and did it. She suggested some products to help me with my dry, thick, coarse hair and though I was not pressured to buy them, I trusted her opinion and bought one of them. I'll be back in 6 weeks for a keratin treatment and a trim. Thank you for taking your time with ne today, Lisa.
