Called from the UK to surprise my brother-in-law and his now fiancé who had just gotten engaged. Very friendly, helpful and the items i ordered were delivered when promised and were of the very highest standard. The customer service at Gift Basket & Floral is simply; impeccable! I recently ordered a gift basket and Ann was so wonderful to work on the phone, helping me get just what I wanted within my budget. It was also extremely important to me that the delivery happened just when and how I needed it to, and she was very happy to help make that happen. Unfortunately the delivery didn't happen just right, and although it was 100% the hotel's fault and not Ann's, she was genuinely so sorry and disappointed for me.
