My experience with the Students has been very good. I have liked everyone that has ever treated me over the past two years. The Supervisors have been really attentive towards my Cellulitis and my swollen ankle and my right leg.

We visited this TCM school because of our daughter’s strong interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine. A close family member previously attended but dropped out due to extreme stress and reported unfair treatment, prompting our visit. The campus visit raised concerns: the administrator was disengaged, financial discussions focused quickly on paying about $2,500 per month in cash rather than student support, and our daughter was left waiting despite an uncrowded office. We also observed a visibly unhealthy student population and learned from former students that the school has a high, undisclosed dropout rate. The lack of public reviews further raised transparency concerns. Based on the unprofessional first impression, financial pressure, and concerns about student treatment and retention, we concluded this school is not a good fit for our daughter.

I have received acupuncture at the FL School of Integrative Medicine (FCIM) since August 2020. I have had sessions with several student interns, but a young lady named Amber was the absolute best in both acupuncture and cupping. Since Amber recently graduated, I have seen interns Xingue and Meizi, who are both outstanding.
During a recent visit, I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Reed, who is very knowledgeable and professional. The front desk staff, including Michelle, Shaymari, and Midelyn, are very friendly and helpful.
Update: July 1, 2025 After having several sessions with Meizi Jin, I have concluded that she is the new Queen of acupuncture. Meizi delivers precise needling, and her cupping is excellent. With oversight from Dr. Reed, Meizi mixes an herbal formula that helps with insomnia, relieves headaches, and improves my overall vitality. I suffer from Tinnitus and have found acupuncture to be the best intervention. I highly recommend the Florida College of Integrative Medicine for anyone seeking outstanding acupuncture and alternative medical treatment.
